You can wear just about anything to a CrossFit workout. Unlike what you may have seen at "Global" gyms (Global gyms are the large franchise or corporate gyms), our egos are "checked at the door." We pride ourselves on not being judgemental of others based on their skills, or what they choose to wear while working out. However, here are some good things to keep in mind when selecting some clothing for a CrossFit workout:

  • Shorts and pants should fit comfortably and have some stretch or flexibility
  • Shirts and tops again should fit comfortably, but not over or undersized
  • Shoes should have a stiff sole for lifting weights, with good traction for obstacle course type movements
