Positive progress in your fitness can't be made without knowing the fundamental movements used in the CrossFit workout. To ensure you do not injure yourself, and for our coaches to learn about your strengths and weaknesses, we over a five-session CrossFit Fundamentals Class here at Axiom Fitness.

The class will cover the 9 foundational movements of Crossfit; (Air Squat, Front Squat, Overhead Squat, Strict Press, Push Press, Push Jerk, Dead Lift, Sumo Deadlift, and Med-ball Cleans). Coaches will not only instruct new members on these movements but will offer great tips to help beginners improve their technique and form.

The CrossFit Fundamentals Class is designed to be taught at a slower pace than the average CrossFit workout. This allows for more instructional time and personal attention by coaches in the critical initial learning period.
